In Brief

Research in the group focuses on understanding the structure and function of membrane proteins, the molecular machines in the cellular membranes that enable biological cells to communicate with the outside world. Our aim is to use computer simulations to do this as quantitatively as possible. We resort mainly to molecular dynamics simulations and enhanced sampling techniques but also to molecular modeling and bioinformatics.

We are located at SciLifeLab in Stockholm. The group is affiliated with KTH.
